Gretchen Bietz

Since founding The Blueprint Collaborative in 2016, Gretchen has helped nonprofits create, build, and implement comprehensive organizational and fundraising strategies to strengthen their effectiveness and enrich their impact. Having chosen development as a career in college, Gretchen’s capital campaign expertise began as the first employee at the Terry Lee Wells Nevada Discovery Museum, where she was integral in raising $22 million to design, build, and open northern Nevada’s invaluable educational resource for kids and families. Gretchen has also served as Chief Development and Marketing Officer at the Food Bank of Northern Nevada and Director of Annual Giving at the University of Nevada, Reno.  Gretchen grew up working in the orchard that was homesteaded by her great-grandfather in the Snake River Canyon of Idaho, a property she now owns with her sister and their families. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication from the University of Idaho.
